Services We Provide

SCV Quality Care provides primary medical care, family medicine,
urgent care medicine and occupational medicine, including treatment
of worker's compensation cases.  If you need a referral to a
specialist, our providers will refer you to excellent specialists in the
area and will monitor your treatment to insure that you receive the
comprehensive medical care that you deserve.  We also arrange
same day MRI's, cat scans and other procedures.  In our facility, we
have:

  1.        X-ray on site.
  2.        Limited laboratory facilities.

Since SCV Quality Care is located on the campus of the Henry Mayo
Newhall Memorial Hospital, access to labs, imaging, MRI and other
procedures is extremely convenient.
DMV PHYSICALS

Need a DMV physical?  Then, walk in or
make an appointment.  Please be
advised that since insurance does not
pay for DMV physicals, you will need to
pay $75 for the physical when you
check-in.

SPORTS PHYSICALS

We also do sports physicals at a flat
cost of $25 per physical.  You may
walk-in when it is convenient for you
or make an appointment.  During
prime sports season, we highly
recommend making an appointment.
MOST INSURANCE PLANS ACCEPTED

We accept most major PPO and POS insurance plans, including Blue
Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Pacificare,
Medicare, Tricare, PHCS, CCN and many others.  We do not accept
most HMO plans or Medi-Cal.   For patients without insurance, we
accept cash, checks, Mastercard and VISA.
PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE

For our patients without insurance, we offer our office visits at a 20% discount (labs, injections
and other procedures are not discounted).  Payment is due upon the conclusion of the visit.  
For first-time cash patients, we require a $200 deposit (cash or credit card only).  Any unused
portion of the deposit will be refunded upon the conclusion of the visit.  After the first visit, you
will not be required to make an advance deposit.  Your payment will be collected upon the
conclusion of your visit.  We are sensitive to the financial needs of our cash patients and our
providers make every effort to maximize your care while minimizing your cost.  We make every
effort to discuss the cost of any procedures with you prior to your treatment and will discuss
other more economical health care options with you whenever possible.

OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE

We are the official drug screen
collection site for many companies and
employers who conduct random and
routine drug screens for their
employees.  In addition, we provide
pre-placement employment health
examinations for our client's
prospective employees, including
annual TB testing.  We represent
many companies to provide first-aid
care to injured employees as well as
treating injured employees within the
worker's compensation system.  If
